We hope you're just as excited as we are for your purchase! Once your order has been processed, you should receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email providing the tracking information for your order. After that, all you have to do is wait for your package to arrive! ​

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defected or incorrect item, or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. 

Since we are a small business, we do have a firm return policy! Please review below.

What is your ONLINE return policy?

3 Step Return Process: 

1. Make sure your order is eligible to return (see Rules for Return)

2. To start a return, you can contact us at dontblinkshopnow@gmail.com. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipment and will not be refunded for the shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

3. Reuse the packaging your item came in if possible, otherwise return in the most cost effect way possible (USPS typically is least expensive)  

Rules for Return

Items can be returned within 7 days after you receive the package.This is the day that the tracking information says your order was delivered. Items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed will be issued a full refund, minus shipping.​

Anything purchased at a discounted price (sale items) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
