What happens after I place my order?

We’re thrilled about your purchase! Here’s what to expect next:

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Shipping Notification: When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.
  • Delivery: Simply wait for your package to arrive!

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defects, incorrect items, or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately.

As a small business, we have a strict return policy. Please review the details below.

 

Online Return Policy

3-Step Return Process:

1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your order qualifies for a return by reviewing our Rules for Return.

2. Initiate Your Return: To begin the return process, contact us at dontblinkshopnow@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Package Your Return: Whenever possible, reuse the original packaging. If that’s not an option, choose the most cost-effective shipping method (USPS is usually the least expensive).

 

Rules for Return

• Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date (based on the tracking information).

• To qualify for a full refund (minus shipping), items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

• Sale items or items purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped same day or next day, depending on the time of purchase.

• Shipping is available Monday through Saturday. Orders placed late afternoon Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

• Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $100!

 

Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been handed over to the delivery carrier, as we have no control over their handling and delivery process.

Additionally, we are not responsible for reshipping costs if an incorrect address was provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information to ensure accuracy.

 

Local Pickup Option

If you’re local to our store at 639 Welsh Road, Maple Glen, PA 19002, select the pickup option at checkout to collect your order in-store. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
