What Happens After I Place My Order?

We’re excited to prepare your order! Here’s what you can expect:

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email containing your tracking information.

Delivery: Use your tracking information to follow your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us immediately at dontblinkshopnow@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

As a small business with quickly changing inventory, we have a firm return policy. Please review our complete policy before making your purchase.

Online Returns

Three-Step Return Process

1. Review Your Eligibility

Confirm that your merchandise qualifies for a return by reviewing our complete return policy below.

2. Request Your Return

Email dontblinkshopnow@gmail.com within seven days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information. We will provide instructions for returning your merchandise.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all shipping charges are nonrefundable.

3. Package and Ship Your Return

Whenever possible, reuse the original packaging. Original packaging is not required, but all merchandise must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.

Care Reminder

We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying, cleaning, or improperly caring for merchandise after purchase. Please follow all care instructions provided on the item’s label.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on when the order is placed. Please allow additional time during weekends, holidays, sales, and other high-volume periods. We are closed on Sundays.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please review our complete shipping policy for rates, delivery estimates, and additional information.

Local Pickup

If you are local to our store at 639 Welsh Road, Maple Glen, PA 19002, you may select local pickup during checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving and pick up your order promptly.

Our standard return policy applies to local pickup orders, and all return periods begin on the original purchase date—not the pickup date.
