As a small business, we have a firm return policy - please review below carefully.
Online Orders Only
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the delivery date (as shown on your tracking info) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at dontblinkshopnow@gmail.com. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items
All sale items or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Local Pick-Up Policy
You will receive an email when your order is ready - typically within 24 hours. Please pick up your order promptly. Our standard return policy still applies. 7 days for a refund, 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Timing begins on the purchase date, not pick-up date.
Fundraisers
Items purchased during a fundraiser are only eligible for store credit, no full refunds.
